In partnership with the APG Science and Technology Board, APG BDO and Maryland TEDCO have formed a collaboration to facilitate the transfer of technology. As a dual-use program, the Aberdeen Technology Transfer initiative (ATTI) supports both the development of commercial technologies to meet the needs of the Army (Spin-In) and the commercialization of APG technologies (Spin-Out).
